RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged during shipment, we are here to assist you. Please provide photographic proof of the damage within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at info@loft81home.com. We will promptly replace the damaged item or issue a refund.

Unused Product Returns:
We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to return an unused product, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Final Sale Items:
Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:
If you wish to return a product within 14 days of your order, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to info@loft81home.com with a return request. In your email, kindly specify the reason for your return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email containing the return address and your unique Return Authorization number.
  • Ensure that your return package is securely packed using the packaging materials in which it was originally sent, or use similar protective materials. This step is crucial to ensure the safe return of your candles in good condition.
  • The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend saving the tracking information for your shipment to ensure its safe arrival.

SHIPPING POLICY

Address Verification:
We kindly ask that you double-check your provided addresses, especially your shipping address, before finalizing your order. Once your order is placed, making any changes can be challenging.

Inspecting Your Order:
Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting it carefully. If you notice any significant damage during transit, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. To facilitate our assistance, kindly provide images of the damages and contact us at info@loft81home.com.

Address Verification:
We kindly ask that you double-check your provided addresses, especially your shipping address, before finalizing your order. Once your order is placed, making any changes can be challenging.

Lost Packages:
If you suspect that your package may be lost, please allow 5 business days before contacting us to request a replacement.

Tracking Delays:
In some cases, packages may remain in a "pre-shipment" status throughout their journey to your doorstep. This may result in your item arriving even while the tracking status on the USPS interface is still pending. 

Assistance with Delayed Shipments:
Regrettably, we are unable to access tracking information beyond what is available on the USPS and UPS tracking interfaces. However. If you have concerns about a potentially lost package, please contact us at info@loft81home.com for troubleshooting, and we will do our utmost to assist you.   

 

TAXES

We will collect and remit sales tax for states as required by law. We do not impose sales tax on orders shipped to states that we do not have a nexus.
